Stopped in for some brisket nachos at Sugarfire on Wednesday afternoon. Overall they were delicious, I loved the brisket but the combo of cheese, sour cream, and bbq on these made them a little sauce heavy. Would stop in here again sometime though.

I loved the food at Sugarfire. I was not in. A BBQ mood so I opted for the Smoked Salmon, which was very yummy. I was very surprised about the mac and cheese. It isn't look like it was going to meet my standards but it really did. Cheesy and made well. Don't judge a book by its cover, I suppose. I also enjoyed the fried okra and potato salad. The sweet tea here was amazing and I would highly recommend. For my 1st meal in the Lou, I was very happy with my order here. I highly recommend Sugarfire.

It's a pretty tasty bbq restaurant and the music ambiance is even better. The brisket can be a little fatty but that's just brisket. The flavor is good and the quality of the meet cuts can vary. I had the ribs and they were a little dry but the bbq sauces were just fantastic. Try the coffee bbq! I try to visit it every time I'm in town.

They have really great sauces and lots of options to choose from! My husband likes the Alabama best but I preferred the sweet St. Louis sauce. Our fav meat was the pulled pork! Cool vibe inside with lots of seating. I docked a star bc I think the portions were small... not meant for sharing.

As I was getting my rental car from the airport, the guy recommended Sugarfire since I was staying Downtown. The food was delicious. I got the brisket plate with baked beans and potato salad. It's a casual place where you can eat in or take your food to go. I would definitely return.

Great service very friendly employees and excellent recommendations. The smoked salmon was great and the sides were plenty! Had to try one of their homemade Mississippi pies and it's was very rich and fudgy. Love the community tables that allow for big groups or small gatherings!

Half rack is where it's at if you are hungry add some potatoe salad and fried okra for the meal. For a lighter option choose the combo rib with the burt ends The hot and st. Louis sweet bbq sauce was delicious. Try the coffee of you are a coffee lover thay one is hot or miss. Enjoy! Ohhhhh the cornbread!!! Buy one to split with the table nice and sweet just wish it was hot. Staff was down to earth and high energy.

Def gotta hit this spot if you're in saint louis! Don't mess around with any of their other meats , definitely go for the ribs. And the side you have to get is the augratin potatoes When in St. Louis, I still rank Pappy's number one , sugar fire number two and everyone else is a distant third fourth or fifth. If you're looking for barbecue in St. Louis, Pappy's and Sugar fire or your two go to spots

A wonderful modern BBQ joint serving up big delicious portions of all the classics. The brisket was absolutely perfectly cooked, thick cut, melt in your mouth, and delicious. I usually like a bit more of a flavored rub, but their sauces more than made up for it. The ribs were incredibly flavorful and juicy, and cooked fantastically too. The Mac and cheese was ridiculously creamy, the fried buffalo cauliflower was crispy and soft and just the right amount of spicy. It's a pretty updated and modern feeling place, with plenty of seating and a spotless clean feel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving recommendations of their favorites and what sizes to go for. Overall, this is a must do BBQ in downtown STL.
